Charlotte Lambkin
Charlotte joined BAE Systems as Group Communications Director in December 2004 with responsibility for internal and external communications worldwide.
Charlotte spent ten years working in consultancy for Bell Pottinger Corporate & Financial, part of Chime Communications.
During her time at Bell Pottinger, she specialised in investor relations, crisis management and media relations for large international companies in a variety of sectors. She worked for BAE Systems as a consultant for two years before joining the Company.
In October 2008 Charlotte was appointed to the Executive Committee of the Company with responsibility along with 11 others, led by the Chief Executive for running the 105,000 strong global business.
