Mark Perehoduk

Mark Perehoduk is vice president of contracts for the Electronics and Integrated Solutions (E&IS) operating group of BAE Systems, where he oversees the group’s contracts and export functions.

E&IS, with headquarters in Nashua, New Hampshire, is a major defense electronics business with 17,000 employees in 16 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, the United Kingdom, and Israel.

Prior to serving as vice president of contracts, Perehoduk served as vice president of contracts at BAE Systems’ Platform Solutions operating group in Johnson City, New York. There he managed 135 employees and more than 9,000 active contracts with a total value of $3.4 billion.

Prior to joining BAE Systems in January 2005, Perehoduk worked at Lockheed Martin for 24 years, most recently serving on a special assignment as deputy director of program integration for all Lockheed Martin F-16 programs. At Lockheed Martin, he held increasingly responsible positions, mainly in the fields of contracts and program management. Prior to that, he was director of contract management for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company in Fort Worth, Texas, where he oversaw contract administration, contract technical requirements, property management, contracting processes, and competitive proposal management across three major sites.

Before joining Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in 1997, Perehoduk served as the senior contracts manager at Lockheed Martin corporate headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, where he oversaw contract policy issues associated with postaward administration of U.S. government contracts. He also served as the contract policy liaison on the property management and the configuration/data management corporate councils. Prior to that, he served as a program contracts manager at Martin Marietta Astronautics in Denver, Colorado.

Perehoduk received a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and a graduate certificate in contracts, from the University of Northern Colorado. He received a master’s degree in business administration from Golden Gate University. Perehoduk is a member and past three-time chapter president of the National Contract Management Association (Denver and Fort Worth chapters), and a member of the National Defense Industrial Association procurement planning and contracts committees.

The E&IS group designs, develops, and manufactures a wide range of electronic systems and subsystems for military and commercial applications. E&IS offers products and integration services, including electronic warfare and self-protection systems; surveillance and intelligence systems; platform systems; sensor and precision targeting systems; communication, navigation, identification, and reconnaissance systems; large-scale enterprise solutions and information management systems in support of the defense and intelligence communities; mission-specific software and geospatial exploitation products; advanced information technology; and rapid C4ISR prototyping, among others.
