Future Rapid Effects System (FRES)
The Future Rapid Effects System (FRES) programme seeks to identify and build on existing technology, and undertake a major integration activity to create a sophisticated battle-space network. Our Theseus product range provides a powerful, integrated suite of tools that can be easily tailored to manage a wide range of tactical communications networks - from small tactical mobile units to strategic in theatre joint operations. Theseus has been designed specifically for military users, recognising low training burden as a key requirement. In service with the British Army and other European armed forces, Theseus is delivering the Network Enables Capability today. We supply versatile and robust air defence radars around the world providing consistent detection performance to match all air threats. We integrate long range surveillance systems with the communication infrastructure to ensure effective dissemination of essential information in the battlespace. SWIFT is a joint-force, multi-level information management system and campaign planning tool. This is a highly mobile, passive, all weather, day/night upper air measurement system. Proven across a range of extreme environmental condition, the Commander SL radar provides consistent and reliable performance coupled with local and integrated Command and Control of defence forces. BriC is a system that enables the optimal siting, deployment and control of Ground Based Air Defence (GBAD) assets. RYAN is a scalable application set designed to support personnel management in operational theatres – particularly in an operation other than war. GP3 is designed to be hosted on NT client/server infrastructures using Wide Area Networks for inter-HQ communications. FALCON is an information infrastructure providing a tactical formation-level secure communications capability for the UK, offering a flexible and future-proofed solution. We have delivered an extensive range of gunnery trainers, driver trainers and mission crew trainers on motion platforms, culminating in the delivery of the Combined Arms Tactical Trainer (CATT) with our partner, Lockheed Martin.

Integrated Air Defence
We have enhanced battlefield systems integration in the UK through provision of the bridging capability for the BATES and BOWMAN programmes. We are also involved in the South African Ground Based Air Defence (GBAD) programme as supplier to Denel (the South African state owned defence company) of TCS (Tactical Command System) and Track Manager.
