For our environmental team, ideal candidates should have an understanding of land quality assessment including site investigation, risk assessment, remediation technologies and health and safety. Knowledge of related environmental legislation and the regulatory framework is beneficial as are strong communication and teamworking skills. The use of modern office communications with a high standard of IT literacy and the ability to prepare quality reports is essential.
A flexible approach to work is required, as is a willingness to travel in the UK and possibly overseas. Candidates should hold a current full UK driving licence.

Many of these projects involved the entire regeneration cycle from initial assessment of liability and masterplanning through to detailed site investigation and risk assessment, and design, implementation and sign off of remediation projects. Our projects usually involve significant stakeholder engagement including regulatory negotiation and community liaison.
