If you are a current BAE Systems employee, you can view all of our open jobs and submit referrals at www.baesystems.jobs/InternalJobs. To submit a referral, please follow these steps:
- Search for a specific job you have in mind for the candidate you are referring.
- Once the job is found, click on "Submit Employee Referral" and enter all of the required information.
- After you submit the information, you should receive a confirmation e-mail.
- If you do not find a specific job for your referral you can submit the referral to the general referral pool by clicking the link towards the top of the "Job Search Results" page.
