Learn and Grow

The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) at BAE Systems is a three-year, annual rotational program designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential recent college graduates for future leadership positions within the Human Resources function.

The HRLDP consissts of three to four rotational assignments lasting from six months to a year each.  Typical rotations include:

• Talent Acquisition Representative
• Compensation Representative
• Client Facing / Business Partner
• Learning & Development Representative

• Formal mentorship with HR and functional leaders
• Participation in annual Leadership Development
• Earn a master’s degree within 7 years of starting the program

Program Requirements

• Academic background in business, sociology, psychology
• High academic achievement
• Involvement in extracurricular activities
• Leadership involvement
• Undergrad GPA of 3.0 or better
