Roger Hawksworth, BAE Systems Chief of Staff, has been appointed Secretary General of the European Association of Aerospace Industries in Brussels. Before becoming Chief of Staff Hawksworth was previously Managing Director of BAE Systems Guided Weapons and Deputy Chief Executive of Matra BAe Dynamics.
