BAE Systems North America has announced the appointment of Curtis Gray as Vice President of Human Resources with responsibility for employee relations, labour negotiations, compensation, benefits, employment, internal communications, training and development.
Gray joins BAE Systems from the Boeing Company in Seal Beach, California, where he served most recently as director of the People organisation for Boeing's Phantom Works. Prior to that, he held a series of increasingly responsible positions in a broad array of businesses at Rockwell and Boeing, including commercial aeroplanes; information and communications; and both commercial and defence electronics.
Gray holds a bachelor's degree in personnel administration from the University of Colorado and master's degree in business administration and in organisation development, both from Pepperdine University.
