BAE Systems plc announces the appointment of Michael Hartnall to the Board of Directors with effect from today; he will serve in a non-executive capacity and will serve as Chairman to the company's Audit Committee. Mr Hartnall was until recently Finance Director of Rexam plc. He is also a non-executive director of Elementis Plc and Lonmin Plc.
BAE Systems Chairman, Sir Richard Evans, said: " I welcome the appointment of Michael Hartnall. His considerable experience will clearly be an invaluable addition to our Board."
