BAE Systems Regional Aircraft announces the appointment of Rob Hearn to the newly created position of Customer Service Director, based at its Prestwick headquarters.
He will provide increased customer focus and direction across Regional Aircraft and is to establish a customer relationship strategy for the business. This appointment is seen by Regional Aircraft as a further commitment to the development of a customer service culture within the business.
Rob, aged 43, joins Regional Aircraft after a 25-year, wide-ranging career in British Airways, British Regional Airlines Group PLC and latterly British Airways CitiExpress where he was Chief Operating Officer. During his career he has been involved with a number of front-line customer service roles and also has the perspective of being a customer of a number of regional aircraft suppliers. This deep customer-focused experience will be brought to bear in his new role.
