The PowerPoint Toolkit is the approved BAE Systems presentation template and should be used for all BAE Systems presentations. Download the template and follow the instructions within the template itself. The template is available in Microsoft Word 2003 and 2010 versions.

Copyright and legal clearance

A generic copyright statement is included in relevant templates - simply amend the year so that it is current. If the item, type of information, or country requires a different copyright statement, modify or replace this statement with your own. It is the responsibility of the person submitting the item to ensure they have all the required legal clearance and that the content is approved.

The Toolkit should be used for all BAE Systems presentations, internal or external. If external, you may require sign-off prior to presentation by your Brand Champion; Brand and Corporate Promotion Manager; Head/VP Communications; Director of Brand and Corporate Promotion; Group Communications Director; VP Marketing Communications - you will need to allow enough time for this to take place.
