Live Training
CATS Metrix™ is a live force-on-force training tool used by operators and instructors to plan, conduct, control, monitor, record, debrief, and evaluate live training up to Brigade level.
CATS Metrix™ evaluates defined goals, doctrines, and tactics during a live exercise. The result is a variety of presentation means to provide feedback to the exercise unit, highlight areas of exceptional performance and identify deficiencies to be corrected.
The CATS Metrix™ Workstation has four main views showing maneuvers, engagements, status and events synchronized during both real time and playback. In the After Action Review consequences of order given and action taken is assessed by playback from storyboards or time line of al workstation views. Statistic generated further help explain and analyze actions taken.
