Project Showcase:
We offer design and engineering services and systems integration support to customers from our Custom Design and Engineering Center (CDEC). The 80,000 square foot secure integration facility is both ISO 9001/2000 Standard certified and DD254-approved and includes laboratories for design; climate controlled, NSA-endorsed RF chambers for testing; segregated stockrooms; and classified assembly areas for products and solutions. Our CDEC is one of the few ISO 9001/2000 facilities approved specially for the custom engineering and design of Tempest security and IT solutions within the domestic United States.
Our Automated Systems Integration Management Intelligent Database (ASID) system was developed for Army G-2 as a management tool for IT program development. It received the 2002 Army Knowledge Award as a “best business practice initiative.” This web-enabled database tool recently provided a return on investment of 400%. ASID has become the single most important management tool for IT program development and investment decisions within Army Intelligence.
Our XTS400™ Secure Trusted Operating Program (STOP™) 6.1.E secure operating system has been certified by the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) with the highest operating systems security rating in the U.S. The Evaluation Level 5 (EAL 5) Augmented rating was awarded by NIAP’s Common Criteria and Validation Scheme. The STOP operating system, designed with the primary goal of security, is the industry leading solution for hosting data guards, information sharing, and other multilevel secure server applications such as messaging, collaboration, file sharing and mission planning. Over 700 XTS-based systems have been deployed for worldwide operational use in support of the DOD and intelligence community.
Our web-accessed Capital Investment Management Tool (CIMT) supports the GDIP annual program build and GDIP performance metrics reporting. It is also used for OMB 300 reporting, CIO project reviews, and other CIO-related requirements. This GOTS application was developed using spiral methodology. CIMT’s key benefit is the centralized availability of GDIP project information that can be used to support managerial and decision information needs at multiple levels.
We developed the Department of Labor’s (DOL) FY2007 Exhibit 300 Guide to conform to OMB capital planning guidance. DOL used the guide to successfully submit 31 business cases for major investment. Our support in enterprise architecture (EA) led to DOL winning the 2005 E-Gov “Excellence in Enterprise Architecture” award, and being recognized by OMB as one of the top three Federal Government EAs for EA efficiency.
