Project Showcase:

Our Biometric Support Centers (BSCS) are engaged in real-time and frequently high-volume fingerprint identification processes – often including complex latent fingerprint matching.  Operating on both coasts, the BSCs support the Department of Homeland Security US-VISIT program’s biometric identification responsibilities.  The Director of US-VISIT has proclaimed the BSCs to be the program’s “Crown Jewel.”

Our world-class solution for enterprise O&M, Consolidated Application Integration (CAI), recently helped a government customer cut costs by almost 40% for 40+ production systems, while delivering consistently high levels of service satisfaction.  CAI provides a standard methodology for reporting resource expenditures, consolidates support under one contract and provides a surge capacity for multiple IT applications.  It puts IT applications under standard CM processes and produces lifecycle documentation.
