TNA: Training Need Analysis
TNA is a study whose goal is to provide an overview of educational and training requirements. The outcome of the investigation forms the basis for the choice of educational solution.
A common reason for performing a TNA is that new technology, systems or hardware has been acquired. The analysis is therefore performed to discover what kind of competence development this necessitates.
Conceptual/Enterprise Modeling
BAE Systems C-ITS can also offer enterprise modeling for various types of organizations. The need for this often occurs when changes are imminent or when work processes need to be documented such as for ISO certification. The intention is to clarify the process flows and methods of working within the organization as well as to elucidate all concepts so that everyone speaks the same language.
