BAE Systems C-ITS has a stable and competent support organization providing every aspect from telephone support to customer support on site for extended periods of time. We also have a web-based support system which can be reached through our home page.
The customer can choose to enter a support agreement with BAE Systems C-ITS covering each individual case. The agreements are always tailored to the customers requirements and desires.
Operation, Maintenance and Education
If so desired, BAE Systems C-ITS can assume responsibility for the operation of a delivered product. We can assume full responsibility for maintenance and function; experienced technicians are placed on site, for example, during an exercise.
The customer can enter an operations and maintenance agreement tailor-made for his needs.
All product deliveries contain a basic education course for the personnel who are to handle the product. In addition, we offer supplemental educational packages such as system comprehension and in depth courses.
