BAE Systems Hägglunds offers a wide range of effective service solutions in order to support our customers’ vehicles through their entire lifetime. Our involvement in the realization of the support is always based on our customers philosophy concerning its own core business and mission capability requirements. We call this service Through Life Capability (TLC).
BAE Systems Hägglunds has developed its range of discreet support services, such as the supply of spares, on-site support, technical advice and assistance in support issues among others, in order to support our customers in capability enhancement. These services can be combined into more comprehensive support approaches where BAE Systems Hägglunds deliver a complete Through Life Capability (TLC) concept. Through a partnership it will be possible to enhance mission capability and to adapt availability to our customers needs and requirements.
Our products have an infrastructure that, because of their digitized and modern architecture, allows the continuous insertion of capability upgrades and offers an incremental development of system capability over the entire lifecycle of the system. The availability of relatively small but continuous upgrades will decrease the need for major upgrades. The incremental and evolutionary development requires an infrastructure in order to manage configuration control, to manage maintenance, to manage the supply of spares, and to manage obsolescence.
